The Fresh and Fancy story is all about family. That’s why when you come to the studio, we treat you like one of our own.

All in the Family
Fresh and Fancy is a family affair. Owner Charlotte Herlong opened the shop with her mother in Pennsylvania in the 1970s. With a keen artist’s eye, Charlotte saw every new arrangement as a moment of creation where she could use her unique design talents to add color to people’s lives.
After relocating the studio to Dunkirk, Charlotte became the sole owner in 2002 and moved Fresh and Fancy to her hometown of Fredonia in 2009. Maintaining the family tradition, Charlotte’s son Michael joined the team as Fresh and Fancy’s manager in 2010. Together, they help spread joy to the people of Fredonia with every delivery. They take every request to heart and make sure you feel like part of their family too.

Michael is the friendly face and voice answering the phone, offering sage advice and comfort for every life moment. He loves when people drop in to say hi at the shop.
